Fourteen years in enterprise IT.
I started in IT project delivery in Paris in the early 2010s. The first Salesforce engagement landed in 2012. The platform was visibly going to swallow enterprise CRM, and I went with it.
From 2018 to 2022 I co-architected the Cognizant EMEA Salesforce practice from 5 to 200 consultants. I built the technical competency framework, the graduate-to-consultant training pipeline, and led the bid solutioning that won the largest enterprise accounts in the region. Eighteen percent year-on-year account expansion across four years.
That is why I understand SIs from the inside. I am not guessing at how the body shop works. I built one. I know how SIs scope, how they staff, where they cut corners, and exactly where delivery breaks down. The architecture I do now is shaped by what I learned there, and by what I refused to repeat.

I left Cognizant in 2022 to run senior architecture without the staffing politics, the upsell agenda, or the billable-hour inflation. The clients on this page came with me, and stayed. In EU contexts I work as a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect. The audience reads Salesforce as the unambiguous credibility signal. In Korea and broader APAC I work as a Senior Solution Architect, AI plus Salesforce, because the local market reads Salesforce-only as narrow when the same depth opens to AI-fluent senior architects. Same person, same standards.
