Mistake #1: Fixed Mindset
Too often, professionals choose to stick to what they know. They fear failure and avoid challenges, ending up stagnant. Instead, adopt a growth mindset. It leads to resilience, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
Mistake #2: Ignoring Feedback
