Terms for my personal tools
I operate personal productivity tools for my own use that connect to third-party services, including the Oura API. These terms apply to those tools.
- Personal use only. Each tool is a single-user tool, not a product or a service offered to the public. There are no user accounts, subscriptions or public features.
- Third-party data. Oura data is provided as is. I do not control Oura's services and do not guarantee their availability, accuracy or completeness; changes to the Oura API may interrupt the data.
- Not medical advice. Biometric data (heart rate variability, sleep scores, readiness) is approximate and must not be used for health decisions.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of these tools, from third-party data, from service interruptions or from decisions based on the data shown.
- Warranty. The tools are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
