More than ten years on Salesforce, fifteen in IT. I first ran Salesforce programmes for clients. Today I train the teams who use and administer the platform, for PLB and for Capgemini.

Virtual class, and onsite in France on dates planned ahead. ADX211, for example, ran as a three-day virtual class.

- Can you train a group from a single client?
Yes. In 2026 I trained AXA agency teams on their Salesforce tool, for Capgemini. With PLB I teach inter-company sessions.

- Can the AI in Salesforce programmes run as a virtual class?
Yes. Both one-day programmes, for sales teams and for admins, run as a virtual class or onsite.
