One identity. Three engagement contexts.

I work as a Salesforce Enterprise Delivery Director: complex program leadership, delivery governance, SI/vendor leadership, platform evolution, risk control, stabilization and recovery. The page below tailors itself to the context you pick.

Program Control Review

What it is

Program Control Review is a fixed-scope executive review of a complex Salesforce program. It reviews decisions, governance, delivery risks, and integrator alignment, then produces a written sponsor readout with options, owners, and handoff conditions. It is not a hands-on technical delivery engagement.

Who this is for
  • You need an executive read on decision rights, governance, delivery risks, and integrator alignment.
  • You have conflicting program narratives and need one evidence trail before the next steering committee.
  • You need bounded options before deciding whether to stabilize, reset, or change leadership.
Where it isn't the fit
  • Requests for hands-on technical delivery or specialist validation work.
  • Hands-on implementation, admin, Apex, LWC, Agentforce, or Data 360 build work.
  • Open-ended advisory without a named decision or sponsor audience.
How the engagement runs

Three checkpoints. No surprises.

1Step 1
Evidence
Read decisions, governance records, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery artifacts.
2Step 2
Control review
Map decision rights, ownership gaps, delivery risks, and integrator alignment.
3Step 3
Sponsor readout
Written findings, options, risk controls, and accountable handoff conditions.
What you walk away with

  • 02Decision-rights and escalation map
  • 03Risk and dependency register with named owners

Frequently asked about Control Review

Three answers you will want on the call.

3 questions
01

Is this a technical audit?

No. It is a program-control review. The evidence may include technical artifacts, but the promise is governance, decisions, risk, integrator alignment, and handoff clarity.

02

Can Agentforce or Data 360 be part of the context?

Yes, as program context. This is not an Agentforce or Data 360 implementation offer.

03

Can this run alongside an in-flight SI delivery?

Yes, if the sponsor preserves independent access to evidence, a direct reporting line, and clear decision rights alongside the SI delivery.

If it isn't this one

The two paths you didn't pick.

Working principles

Evidence first. Decision rights explicit.

Every mandate is bounded in writing before it starts. Risks, decisions, owners and handoff conditions are recorded as the work moves.

How the work is controlled
  • 01Evidence before assertion
  • 02Explicit decision rights
  • 03Written risks and decisions
  • 04Bounded scope
  • 05Accountable handoff

About working together

Six questions you'll want answered.

These come up in nearly every discovery call. If yours isn't here, the answer is in the call.

Do you work direct or through an SI?
Both. I can join a client directly or work through an SI that needs accountable senior delivery leadership. The commercial route does not change the governance standard.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Seoul. I work across EU and APAC time zones, remote-first, with travel agreed for steering, recovery, and launch moments that need it.
What is not in scope for any engagement?
Hands-on Apex or LWC code, admin work, license resale, BPO, or staff augmentation. I lead delivery, govern decisions, review architecture, and make the handoff explicit.
How quickly can a discovery call be booked?
Calendar timing is confirmed after the request and scope are reviewed; no public response or booking SLA is promised.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always for Program Review and on request for the other two. The applicable template and review timing are confirmed with the parties involved.
What languages are deliverables produced in?
English by default. French on request at no extra cost. Korean for in-region steering committees, English for the written deliverable.
