Do you build the agents?

No. I lead the program: the readiness verdict, the data and governance foundations, the agent topic and action map, and the build spec. Your developers or your SI configure the agents and write any Apex or LWC. I review and govern the build.

What if the pilot is fundamentally broken?

The Week 3 memo states it plainly. About one in four engagements ends with a no-go and a rebuild plan. That answer is the deliverable.

Can this run alongside an in-flight SI delivery?

Yes. A meaningful share of Agentforce assessments are commissioned by SIs that need senior architecture cover for a workstream they are already delivering.

Six questions you'll want answered.

These come up in nearly every discovery call. If yours isn't here, the answer is in the call.

Do you work direct or through an SI?
Both. Most engagements are direct with you. The rest are run as the senior architect inside an SI or ESN delivery, with the SI as the prime contractor.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Paris and Seoul. Travel is covered case by case across EMEA. Remote-first by default. On-site for the steering moments that need it.
What is not in scope for any engagement?
Hands-on Apex or LWC code, admin work, license resale, BPO, training delivery. I architect, design, and review. I do not staff your build.
How quickly can a discovery call be booked?
Within 5 working days in normal weeks. Reply SLA is under 24 h, including weekends.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always for Program Review. On request for the other two. Standard template available. Client templates accepted with a 48 h legal turnaround.
What languages are deliverables produced in?
English by default. French on request at no extra cost. Korean for in-region steering committees, English for the written deliverable.
