Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Sebastien Tang ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects data in connection with personal productivity tools that integrate with third-party services, including the Oura API.

What Data Is Collected

The following biometric and wellness data is retrieved from the Oura API for personal use:

Readiness scores
Sleep scores and sleep stage data
Heart rate variability (HRV)
Stress scores
Activity and recovery metrics

How Data Is Used

All collected data is used exclusively for a personal productivity dashboard — a single-user tool that I operate for my own use. Data is:

Displayed in a private dashboard (not publicly accessible)
Used to inform daily planning and energy management
Never shared with third parties
Never sold, licensed, or monetized

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite), a managed database service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare D1 encrypts data at rest and in transit. Access to the database is restricted to authenticated sessions only.

Data Retention & Deletion

Biometric data is retained for as long as it remains useful for personal productivity analysis. Since this is a single-user tool, I can delete all stored data at any time. If you believe your data has been collected in error, contact me at the address below to request deletion.

Third-Party Services

This application integrates with the Oura API. When you authorize access via Oura, Oura may collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Please review Oura's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

Request access to your personal data
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
