These terms govern the use of personal productivity tools operated by Sebastien Tang ("I", "me") that integrate with third-party services, including the Oura API.
Personal Use Only
This application is a single-user personal tool. It is not a commercial product, platform, or service offered to the public. There are no user accounts, subscriptions, or public-facing features.
Third-Party Services
This application integrates with the Oura API to retrieve biometric and wellness data. I do not control, operate, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Oura's services or data.
- Oura Ring data is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or completeness
- Biometric data (HRV, sleep scores, readiness) is approximate and should not be used for medical decisions
- Service interruptions or API changes by Oura may affect data availability
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Biometric and wellness data retrieved from third-party devices and APIs is inherently approximate. This data is used for general productivity insights and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. No health-related decisions should be made based solely on data displayed in this application.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use this application
- Inaccuracies in biometric data from third-party services
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Any decisions made based on data displayed in this application
Warranty Disclaimer
This application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
