Day 3 showed Slackforce moving from a named interface to a working surface: Surfaces and Big Mode are available now, Slackbot sits beside Salesforce records in Lightning, and Campaign Agent is scheduled for GA in October 2026. Some pieces are live today, while Surfaces live-data refresh starts in October and other items remain on the roadmap. This is what Slack and Salesforce say is available.
FAQ
What are Slackforce Surfaces? Ask Slackbot for a dashboard, deck, report, or tracker built from Salesforce, Slack, and connected tools. Pin the result to a channel so the team can filter it, explore it, comment, and act. Surfaces are available now on workspaces with Slackbot. Live-data refresh begins its rollout in October (Slack/Salesforce-stated).
What is Big Mode? Big Mode is a full-screen Slackbot workspace for research, writing, analysis, and file generation. Finished work can move into a Surface. It is available now (Slack-stated).
What is Slackbot in Lightning Experience? It is a Slackbot chat panel beside Salesforce records, including quiet pipeline deals, case context, and draft resolutions. It is available now with Slack Business+ and Enterprise+; other Salesforce customers can use it through Flex Credits (Slack-stated).
What is Campaign Agent? Campaign Agent is a digital campaign manager in Marketing Cloud Next. It assembles audiences, content, and channels from goals, personalizes across channels and languages, then prioritizes or suppresses sends across campaigns against customer intent in real time. GA is scheduled for October 2026 (Salesforce-stated).
Slackforce Surfaces, Lightning, and Big Mode
Day 1 introduced Slackforce as a companion surface. Day 3 filled in the useful detail: what is available now, what waits for October, and where Slackbot appears outside the channel.
The important change is the output. Ask Slackbot for something useful and the result can be an interactive interface that the team pins, filters, and uses from the same place.

Slackbot in Lightning places that conversation next to the record. Big Mode provides the full-screen workspace for research and writing, then lets you push the finished work into a Surface.
Slack states that Surfaces are available now for workspaces with Slackbot on Enterprise+, Business+, Pro, Legacy, and Free Teams. Live-data refresh begins in October. Slackbot in Lightning is available now on Business+ and Enterprise+, with Flex Credits for other Salesforce customers. Big Mode is available now. Rollout timing, plan, and extra-license requirements can still affect access, so admins should verify the exact entitlement.
Slack Code, Channels, Voice, Video, Frontline
Slack Code is available now on all Slack plans. Its code channels bring conversation, plans, diffs, and live preview tabs together. Partner agents need separate access. During Dreamforce week, Slack also named Cedar, Coderabbit, Datadog, Factory, Lovable, Mistral, NanoClaw, Replit, Rhythms, and Snowflake, among others (Slack-stated).
Slackbot in Channels is an early pilot. A team can tag Slackbot in a channel and build on the answer together.
The roadmap is separate from what is live. Two-way Voice is coming later this year. Video generation is also coming later this year or this fall. Slack Frontline is in preview, with GA planned for a future release. Slack labels each of those stages clearly.
Marketing: Campaign Agent and the October GA cluster
On the marketing side, Campaign Agent is the concrete Day 3 move. The marketer provides goals and guardrails. Campaign Agent assembles the audience, content, and channels, personalizes the work, then prioritizes sends across campaigns according to customer intent.

Campaign Agent is scheduled for GA in October 2026 in Marketing Cloud Next (Salesforce-stated).
Salesforce places the same October cluster on Marketing What’s New: Account Discovery Agent, Account Based Recommendations, Headless Marketing (MCP), Adaptive Web Quick Setup, Personalized Paths in Flow, Mobile Flash Sending, Data Guardian, and Budget Optimization. Event Management is tagged for GA in November 2026.
Palmata, the Contentful AEO story, sits beside that cluster. It covers brand visibility in answer engines, competitor comparison, and suggested content edits. Salesforce’s editor note says the Contentful acquisition closed on 1 September 2026.
Access can still depend on region, customer agreement, rollout timing, plan, or packaging.
